Airflex Type 'CB' are used as both clutches and Brakes in general Power Transmission service. The primary feature of the type 'CB' is the torsional resilient principle made possible by the transmission of power through the side walls of the neoprene and cord actuating tube. This flexibility also permits minor shaft misalignment.

Pneumatic brakes and clutches air cooled CCOMBIFLEX and water-cooled, with torque values of up to 4620 Nm. Electromagnetic powder brakes and clutches CELEFLEX with torque ranging from 2 to 500 Nm, available with radiator and fan for improved dispersible power.
